Randy has been honored twice by the United States Senate

He has been honored once by the United States Congress
and has had a Flag flown over the capital in his honor.

Randy has also received honors twice from the California State Senate and once from the California State Assembly

He has been honored by the County of Los Angeles Board of Supervisors and by the City of Los Angeles

Randy has twice won Community Service Man of the Year for the 42nd Congressional District

He has received the Hispanic Community Service Award

Randy has met personally with two Presidents and one Vice President of the United States
